Our connection to our inner spirit
Mindset - It’s how we see ourselves. Many of us struggle with self love, self compassion and self judgement. As a result we harbor feelings of guilt, shame and disappointment for ourselves. We forget to celebrate how far we’ve come and embrace how awesome we are! We forget to connect to our hearts and fail to release our negative self talk patterns. If you struggle with this you are definitely not alone. For many this is the single biggest challenge that one must overcome. One on one coaching along with peer support are proven ways to break these toxic thought patterns. These feelings manifest in our body as anxiety, depression, sadness, anger, and pain. The key is to find out what that root of these feelings are, when did they take hold, what are the triggers and how do you overcome the impulses. Our connection to nature
The natural world is our our tangible communion with purity, love, beauty and harmony. It’s in the air we breathe, the water we drink, the earth from which we eat and the sun from which we harness energy. It is our single most important treasure that we have been blessed with to live out our life’s purpose. Connection to it is vital for our survival and facilitates a deep healing within our inner landscape. Our connection to food
Food is love, food is joy, food is sacred, food is medicine! At what point in our culture did we start demonizing food and blaming food for our problems. AND at what point did we lose our sacred relationship to food and forget that it is here to nourish us, not just fuel us. Exploring the food for your body type that will support you in achieving a healthy weight, promote detoxification, and enhance energy is what we will guide you with. Together we will create a “sacred eats” ritual tailor made for you.
